Login to your control panel and click on "Backups"
Click the "Home Directory" button just below "Download a Home Directory Backup"
This will let you download a complete backup of your website which can be restored if needed at any time.
You can also do a "Full Backup" from the "Backups" section - this will back up your entire account including your e-mail settings, ftp settings, web site, and databases. Web Site Guyz does not perform a Full Backup on your hosting account, So we do advise that you maintain your own backups.
