To cancel your hosting account:
1. Log into the Client Area (https://www.websiteguyz.com/clients/)
2. Click "My Services" on the top navigation.
3. Click on the "View Details Icon" (
) on the hosting account that you want to cancel.
4. Click "Request Cancellation" at the bottom of the page.
Note: We do not accept cancellation requests via e-mail or support tickets. The only way to cancel your account is to request cancellation via the above mentioned method; we do this for your security as the authenticity of an e-mail cannot always be verified. We may request further indentification verification in some circumstances.
